About the Role:
Thrasio is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across our digital channels, optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies, and maximizing revenue for our online store.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to scale our brands business
Manage and optimize multiple digital marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, SEO, email, programmatic and affiliate marketing
Execute DTC site strategy and optimizations
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve conversion rates and customer engagement
Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives
Optimize the customer journey and implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI
What You Bring to the Party:
8+ years of experience in growth marketing or ecommerce marketing roles
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central reporting & Analytics
Strong experience managing Amazon PPC, Meta and TikTok campaigns
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation platforms
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and current industry trends
A highly analytical self-starter who can manage multiple projects and figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight
Ability to handle aggressive deadlines, prioritize work, and move fast in an often ambiguous environment
Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of people
Excellent project management and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

We believe that all employees should be paid fairly and equitably. As of the time of this posting, the expected base annual salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 (For non-exempt roles, this reflects the expected base annual “salary” as calculated by the base hourly wage multiplied by the expected number of hours worked over a one year period, excluding any overtime and premiums.) The actual base annual salary will be based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as business needs and limitations. As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the base annual salary range information set forth above is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed above may reflect that breadth. If offered a position, the actual base annual salary will be contained in your offer letter.
In addition to the base annual salary listed above, this position is eligible for short-term [and long-term] incentive compensation, as well as benefits, which are subject to the applicable plans, policies and definitive documentation regarding such compensation and benefits.
